Carrolltown Center, a 330,000 square foot retail center located in Eldersburg, Maryland, was purchased by Black Oak for its strong potential, prime location and excellent demographics. The project is anchored by K-Mart, Peebles, Big Lots and Flagship Cinemas. Additional merchants include Blockbuster Video, Denny’s and Bank of America. Redevelopment is slated to begin in 2008-09.
