LATROBE — 44,000 square foot shopping center, owned and managed by Baltimore-based Black Oak Associates, anchored by ALDI and Walgreens.
Unity Village Shoppes, a 44,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center in Latrobe, Pennsylvania is now 100% leased and occupied with the opening of PetValu. A project of Baltimore-based Black Oak Associates, PetValu is contained within 4,000 square feet of space located in a pad-site building at the center that was recently added to the project, joining Starbucks Coffee and Verizon Wireless. The center is located off PA Route 981 near the intersection of Route 30.
Pet Valu offers more than 7,000 different products including holistic and premium brands of pet foods and treats and employs Pet Experts that are trained in pet care and nutrition through the University of California Davis Extension School. Together with its other branded pet stores throughout the country, the family of companies is the largest supplier of food and supplies for dogs, cats, companion birds, wild birds, fish, reptiles and small animals.Each Pet Valu location also features a self-help dog washing station. More than 35,000 consumers reside with a five mile radius of Unity Village Shoppes, including nearly 15,000 households with an average income exceeding $62,000.
