College Square Shopping Center was developed by Black Oak in 1998 in conjunction with McDaniel College (Formally Western Maryland College). The 92,000 square foot center is anchored by a 55,000 square foot Safeway and features Burger King, New Windsor State Bank and Celebree Learning Center, among others.
